Continuing Formation

Peer Supervision Groups

HeartPaths Peer Supervision Groups are offered in small groups of eight graduate and practicing spiritual directors who commit to meet once a month for nine months.

This program uses a simple supervision model. Monthly sessions include group prayer, group supervision, peer participation, and consultation led by trained supervisors with several years of experience

Early in May, registration opens for the summer sessions, June thru August. And in late July, registration opens for the groups that start during the 4th week of September. Groups will be held on Zoom or in the Richardson area. Contact Eunice Cheshire at [email protected] for fees, location, times and registration.

Beyond the Beginnings

Beyond the Beginnings is a seminar series for the formation and continuing education of graduate spiritual directors.  It is presented by Rev. Dr. Bob Gardenhire III, who was the founding director of HeartPaths.

Four six-hour seminars include components of experiential spiritual formation and education in topics relevant to the practice of spiritual direction.
